Debashish Somadder (Dev Shindhu) is an endowed Singer, Song-Writer & Composer, born in a family enriched with cultural fames. He started music at home with his mother. From his student life he started singing publicly and composing as well. In 1989 at the time of school going he composed his first song and performed. Thereafter Debashish used to be called as a “prodigy” which was mentioned by his teachers and neighbors.
His contemporary urban, socially conscious songs try to draw upon Bengali modern and folk mingled with romance and protest pattern of music. After completing his Hons. (Sociology Dept.) studies, he quit university due to some unavoidable physical condition. By born he was suffering from Dyslexia, Neurological problems and Hypertension. But he tried to recover himself from these diseases and he also involved himself in music era.
But unfortunately those physical problems turn to a fatal way. At that time he had lost his voice (vocal tones) and suffering from many diseases. For that he went to doctors in country and abroad and after checking they found his heart, liver and kidney was almost damaged. All doctors declared that he was about to die, then he quit his profession and started his new journey.
He involved himself in an alternative treatment method and that’s why he had to live abroad. He had done MD in Acupressure from India and Masters in Reiki Healing from Lumbini Reiki Healing Foundation, Nepal. After getting and learning these treatment methods he almost recovered himself from his physical problems.
In the very first of his carrier there is a huge number of concepts and tunes he produced for world renowned organizations such as Euroconsult mott macdonald, Netherlands, Britain to Bangladesh Land, Britain, World Diabetes Foundation, New Zealand Dairy, Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation SDC, Bangladesh Institute of Health and Science, Bangladesh Diabetic Somity and Grameenphone Limited, Part of Telenor Group etc (Collaborate with Ad Soft).
Thereafter he created a new healing method named “Self Tuning” based on music, Reiki & Acupressure. He created a special tweaking technique and edifies people about healthy living through body and mind tuning. At first this program successfully applied in Bangladesh shooting federation by thumbing Alyea Ferdousi’s hand. He became a successful practitioner in the vicinity of ‘cure without medicine’. He established cure home named Des Friska completely based on the techniques of natural healing. This method is combination of 5 alternative treatment methods. All are methods approved by World Health Organization (WHO).
Now Debashish with his heart felt endeavor established a health clinic ‘Shanti Shebaloy’ is organized by SWF (Somadder Welfare Foundation) with some special facilities at the peripheral rural area of Bangladesh without any external aegis.
